Plus, this four (4) bedroom home can comfortably sleep fourteen (14) with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay by the sea. There are balconies and patios on every floor that face the beautiful gulf and can been seen from the second and third floors. This home is so close to the ocean, you really can feel the sea breeze.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seabreeze’s On My Mind is located in the coastal town of Seacrest that sits between Seagrove and Alys Beaches along 30A. You have easy access to all that 30A has to offer, but with the secluded feeling this area provides. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and in an uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. There are many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and the Big Chill (formerly the Hub).
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is across the street, Seabreeze Beach Access, at the intersection of Seabreeze Trail and 30A. It has a shower but no parking. But you won’t need it since it’s just across the street.

Bedroom 1 – King bed, ensuite bathroom – 1st Floor
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed plus Queen/Queen bunk, with ensuite – 1st floor
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed plus twin trundle – 2nd Floor
Bedroom 4 – King bed with ensuite – 3rd Floor

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
