It’s elegant and functional for multi-generational families or multiple families gathering together for a vacation by the sea. With the open concept kitchen, living, dining and an entertainment area upstairs, there’s plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy your time away. Plus there’s four (4) bedrooms including a bunk room that can accommodate ten (10) people, comfortably.

• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
