Perfect Vacation, lots of memories
We loved our stay at Burgins Cottage! 2 families celebrating 25 years of friendship. 7 nights was not enough! Beautiful home with all the special amenities that made us feel pampered; soaking tub, bathrobes, flowers in the whole house, chocolates by the beds, Aveda products, wine, fresh baked cookies, cards, games, seating for all of us at the table and in the living room, gift bags full of goodies I could go on....
Dream stay at HGTV Dream Home
Best stay in Rosemary Beach ever! The house is spacious, clean, unique. HGTV is not a typical beach house at all, several houses here have the same themes, same art work, not true here. Beds are comfortable, the lanai is the best spot of the house we spent hours out there. Spacious for all of us, loved the first floor laundry. Kitchen has every tool you need to cook and grill. The living room was comfy but we preferred the lanai. Even in the heat of the day it was our choice.
The PERFECT house and LOVE 30A Beach Girls!
This is the second year we've stayed at Family Tides and we absolutely LOVE this house and LOVE renting from 30A Beach Girls!!! Hollie and her staff provide exceptional service! There were fresh flowers, baked cookies, a bottle of wine, and a box of Lindt chocolates upon our arrival. The house is stocked with 4 bikes, beach towels, detergents, shampoo/conditioner, and so many extras! We've rented from other management companies in the past and there is no comparison to the amenities and exceptional customer service you will get with 30A Beach Girls. We can't wait to come back next year!
Perfect anniversary!
We spent our anniversary at Beach Bike. We tried to rent another property but that ended up rented, the manager let us know she had this new place. It was very large for just the two of us but we loved it and booked a family trip for fall 2019. Hollie the manager had balloons, flowers and wine there for us to celebrate. She gave us several fantastic recommendations for restaurants. We loved Pescado and the roof view. Very beautiful. The house was immaculate, we lounged on all 3 decks. The bikes were fun. I had never tried a trike for an adult before. I’m hooked. The kitchen was my dream kitchen. I really miss that kitchen and can’t wait until I’m back! A house we plan to rent for years to come.
Great Spot!!
Great spot and perfect for a couple. Loved the family friendly environment and access to the Seacrest Beach pool. Simple walk to the beach, never used the tram but would have if we had more items to carry and it drops you off right at the beach.

We LOVED our stay at Beach Bike Carriage House. We were surprised at how spacious it was for a one bedroom. There was plenty of room to spread out. It had everything we needed and we have no complaints. The area is beautiful and convenient to walk or ride bikes too. Also loved that they provided beach chairs and bikes. Definitely recommend this place!

Hollie & 30A Beach Girls are the BEST! I have rented from her twice now and will continue to in the future! SO easy and flexible to work with, clean and NICE properties, great with answering questions and giving recommendations, welcoming, and not to mention the ADROABLE VW Photo bus she brings to guest’s houses for such a fun memory! This house is beautiful, brand new and in such a great location! We loved using the golf cart for literally a minute drive to the beach, and also for quick trips to seaside and rosemary beach for outings! The nearby pool is stunning and the location to the ocean is perfect! I highly recommend this property! Our girls trio will definitely be making a return!
