In the past, when we set out to find a place to stay for our vacations, getaways, reunions, corporate retreats or just anywhere but our same four walls, the only option we had was to find a hotel in the area that we wanted to visit. Now there are vacation rentals that can accommodate anywhere from one to twenty-eight or more people, in addition to the traditional hotels, except on 30A, where there aren’t any major hotels. Maybe you’ve never rented a vacation property and you don’t know what to expect or you have questions. Is it like a youth hostel where everyone can stay if a bed is vacant?
