Cherishing Dad: Celebrating Father’s Day with Love and Gratitude
This Sunday is Father’s Day and 30A Beach Girls would like to recognize and celebrate all the dads out there who have and continue to sacrifice their time, energy, and more for their kiddos. We know, that at times it may feel like you aren’t appreciated or celebrated for all that you do, but believe it or not, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Some day they will remember all the superman flights you gave them, the sandcastles you dug and built, the mad dad dashes you made early in the morning to secure a great spot on the sand, the hundreds of shoulder and piggy back rides, all the laps and naps you’ve shared, and most importantly, the time and attention you’ve given to your kids. Now it’s time for you.
Here’s some great ways to spend this Father’s Day on 30A
Grab Dad a complimentary donut and coffee at Fish Out of Water (FOOW) in Watercolor starting at 8am. Then head on over to SunQuest Cruises for a Father’s Day lunch Cruise from 12 – 2:30 (for reservations sunquestcruises.com/destin-fathers-day 850-650-2519). All Dad needs to do is enjoy the views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and lunch. If all that relaxing isn’t your thing, you could always kick it up a notch with live music and a Crawfish Boil at AJ’s in Grayton Beach from 11 – 3pm or North Beach Social in Santa Rosa starting at 12.
