Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, ideal for soothing tired muscles and creating cherished memories with loved ones. Whether grilling your day's catch, relishing a tranquil evening under the stars or driving the golf cart to the beach to catch sunset, G By The Sea serves as your gateway to the perfect beach getaway.
ABOUT THE AREA: G By The Sea is close to everything that you could want in a beach vacation. You are 1 block from the sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, a short drive to the west takes you to Camp Helen State Park on Lake Powell where you can rent kayaks or yolo boards while a short drive to the east takes you to lots of family fun activities from swimming with dolphins at the Aquarium or riding the Sky Wheel at Pier Park. Finally just beyond Camp Helen you can explore the charm of our 10+ beach villages along 30A and their endless options for dining, shopping and live music! But if you just want to relax, then there’s plenty of that too.

• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
