ABOUT THE HOME: Nature Walk on 30a is beautiful coastal home located in the very popular Nature Walk at Seagrove Community that's surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and located along the Scenic Highway 30A corridor. This four bedroom, four and a half bath home is perfect for multi-generational families that are looking for an open floor plan great for entertaining, two king master suites, queen bedroom, bunk room that sleeps 4 and 2 pull out couches, close to the beach. What more could you ask for in a beach vacation. 

ABOUT THE AREA: Nature Walk at Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seagrove Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants, grocery store and shops right around the corner, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, 3468 E Scenic 30a. There are parking or restrooms and a short drive on the golf cart.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
