ABOUT THE HOME: Honeybee Bungalows is a private compound that includes three homes situated in the coastal community of Santa Rosa Beach between the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This unique private property includes a pool, luxurious covered outdoor entertainment area with TV and fireplace, an indoor entertainment space with ping pong and foosball tables, and outdoor seating and game areas, all within a private garden setting.  This unique property is ideal for family reunions, multi-family getaways, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette getaways and multi-generational family vacations. Honeybee Bungalows is also a perfect compound for the boaters looking to explore great fishing both in Choctawhatchee Bay or head offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for an experience that will last a life time. The home has enough parking for two boats.

The Main House is a two-story open concept home with a screened in porch, comfortable living area, a dining room with seating for six and additional counter seating for three. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need on your getaway by the sea. There is a full-size washer and dryer, half bath and the primary suite on the first floor. The second level includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The Pool Bungalow is designed similar to a studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. Attached is an indoor entertainment area with ping pong and foosball tables, a full-size refrigerator, a high-top table and access to the outdoor entertainment area and pool.

The Carriage House is accessible from the outdoor entertainment area and pool. This home has a full-size kitchen, screened in porch, a dedicated office space, a cozy living room with TV and fireplace. There is a stackable washer and dryer, hallway bathroom and two bedrooms (one queen and one king).
 
ABOUT THE AREA: Honeybee Bungalows are situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. Nearby you’ll find entertainment, dining and shopping galore at the Grand Boulevard Shops, Baytowne Wharf and everything in between. The clear waters and white sand beaches of the gulf are just a few miles away.  

BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It’s right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, 7525 W County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach. There is restrooms, ramp, shuttle and more. There is an entrance fee to access park.

•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
