ABOUT THE HOME:  Emerald Isle is an adorable coastal condo that is a MUST STAY for your next vacation! You’ll enjoy amazing views from the private balcony that’s perfect for entertaining or enjoying the stunning sunsets. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials of a home away from home and the dining room can comfortably seat 4 with additional kitchen bar seating.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit features a king size bed in the master with access to the private balcony and a guest room with a queen bed. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 

ABOUT THE AREA:  Resort features include oceanfront low density luxury living. Seasonally heated indoor / outdoor pool. Outdoor pool with sun deck, over-sized hot tub, exercise room, sauna, and pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills. HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    An initial starter kit of amenities is provided to all guests. This is includes: toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher and washing machine pods, trash bags, kitchen towels, bar of soap for shower.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
