This home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) people and there’s an additional sleeper sofa and rollaway bed for three more. An interior elevator accesses all three floors making this the perfect home for multi-generational families or multi-family gatherings by the sea. BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It’s right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard.
