ABOUT THE HOME: Location, Location, Location … Aqua Vista is perfectly located in the Lakeside neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. This lovely coastal home can comfortably sleep twelve (12) with a master bedroom on the main floor, four more rooms upstairs, including a bunk room and an entertainment space for kids to hang out. The large open living area and kitchen is where everyone can hang out without feeling crowded. Aqua Vista is next door to the community pool which makes it convenient for everyone to go back and forth. And, the walk path to the beach is across the street. 

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant or Red Fish Taco. Don’t forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don’t wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue that it’s the best ice cream in town. Lakeside neighborhood is located adjacent to the Redfish Village where you’ll find charming specialty boutiques and dining. 

BEACH ACCESS: Lakeside neighborhood is about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. There are restrooms, shower, some parking. Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
