The interior elevator that accesses all three floors, a bedroom on the first floor plus five more, accommodating fourteen, makes this home perfect for multi-generational and multi-family gatherings. This lovely home includes a backyard pool and outdoor dining space that is just the spot to unwind after a fun day in the sun. Tough the high-end kitchen upstairs with marble countertops, Viking appliances, and a 6-burner gas stove, will inspire the chef in all of you. But if cooking isn’t your thing, don’t worry, you are steps away from some of the best dining and shopping on 30A.

BEACH ACCESS: This lovely home is less than a block from Ed Walline Public Beach Access. Hop on your bikes and take a stroll down to the beach and you’ll be there in minutes.

•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult.  Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
