This bright and airy, open concept home will keep you connected while you prepare a meal or watch your favorite team. With its large kitchen island and comfy seating nearby, you won’t miss any of the action. But if you do want to get away from action, head on out to one of the balconies and just relax.
*** Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.

As guests, you’ll have access to the private Seacrest Beach and use of the free tram service that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy as well. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won’t be disappointed.
