Leave your flip flops by the door and step inside Barefoot Paradise, a gorgeous two-story home in the heart of 30A’s Prominence neighborhood. With master suites on both levels along with spacious guest and bunk rooms, this will be a comfortable space to make your home away from home while here on the beach.
When you step through the doors of Barefoot Paradise, you’ll be met with a stunning array of designer furniture and finishes along with a calm beach like pallet throughout. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen which overlooks the large living room and sitting area with enough space for everyone in your group. When you’re ready to put your feet in the sand, the beach is just a short ride away by bike, golf cart, or the seasonal tram. If a day by the pool is more your speed, the neighborhood of Prominence features a resort style pool that will keep the kids smiling for hours. The Hub is also onsite and provides guests with several choices in dining and shopping as well as hosting community events such as music, movies, and other events on the lawn.
Our goal at 30A Beach Girls is to make your time here effortless. Pack your bags, arrive in paradise, and you can leave the rest to us…..oh, and feel free to leave your shoes at home.
Your beach access will be Deer Lake State Park!
NO OUTSIDE RENTALS
Attention:
The Prominence Community has restricted Outside Vendor Rental Golf Carts. This means any outside rented carts will not be allowed in/on property including The HUB location.
There is onsite HOA Security patrolling for this, Violators will be sited if the cart is not HOA registered by the property homeowner.
*If the property does not offer a golf cart, guests are no longer able to rent one.
