Located in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on famous 30A, boasts 8,400 square feet of living space will have you recharged in no time. With room to comfortably accommodate 18, everyone will find a comfortable place to stay in one of the 5 large king suites and the bunk room with 8 bunk beds. Other features of this stunner of a home include 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and dining rooms, 2 outdoor built-in grills (one in the screened-in patio with a refrigerator and television), 10 porches and patios, and an oversized three-car garage.
ABOUT THE AREA: Your days could be spent relaxing at the sugar sand beach or hanging by the resort-style swimming pool less than 5-minute walk away – no matter what you do, Totally Beachin is designed with your comfort in mind. This home is amid everything you’ll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries, all no more than a 5-minute walk away! It’s just minutes from the private deeded beach, the pool, and biking trails that will have you passing by some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. The coastal dune lakes are rare and magnificent. This home is ideal for family and friends that are getting together to have an unforgettable experience. Luxury speaks loudly, but Totally Beachin also has the feeling of “home” from every room in this vacation house.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
