ABOUT THE AREA: The resort-style community pool in the Highland Park neighborhood is conveniently located a few doors away and the neighborhood borders the state forest and provides access to the Point Washington State Forest Hiking Trails. There are restaurants, shopping, and multiple beach accesses within walking or biking distance. Between the mornings spent sipping coffee in the salty breeze and the evening sunset strolls, a stay at Three Times The Fun will have you soaking up a luxurious Florida lifestyle.
BEACH ACCESS: Take a stroll to Blue Mountain Regional Beach, just a short ride from the house. At the entrance to the neighborhood, take a left, continue on 30A for about a mile then take a right on Blue Mountain Rd, at the stop sign, turn right and you have made it to the beach. This beach has bathrooms, showers, and parking.

• Bedroom 1 - Queen, ensuite (plus a pull-out couch, sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2 - King, ensuite (crib in closet)

• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
