ABOUT THIS HOME: Three Little Birds Bungalow in the heart of Seagrove, where every little thing’s gunna be alright… now that you’re here on 30A. This quaint bungalow has an open living space to relax in after a day at the beach or pool. Upstairs you’ll unwind in your King master ensuite or out on your balcony overlooking the pool. Down the hall is a guest queen ensuite with a tub/shower combo and a twin bunk bed with a trundle. For additional guests, there is a sleeper sofa and half bath with laundry room on the first floor.
ABOUT THE AREA: Three Little Birds is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to The Donut Hut for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles East, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is a short 5-minute walk just across 30A. 3468 Scenic 30A East Seagrove Beach is a short bike ride or drive; it is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
