ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to The Salty Perch. This luxury 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located on the south side of 30a, in the coastal community of Sunset Villas in Seacrest Beach. You are steps away from the sugar sand beaches and clear gulf waters and after a day in sun, you will enjoy the ocean breezes and view from the swing on the top porch.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Within the Sunset Villas community, there is a private beach and pool less than 100 yards away. The Salty Perch is close to everything you’ll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries, and for those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes. These rare dune lakes are magnificent and something you’ll want to see.
