ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to The Delray in Santa Rosa Beach! This adorable coastal home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is the perfect location for your next beach getaway. Perfect for a single family who needs a break from everyday life, The Delray will comfortably sleep 10 and it’s equipped with everything you could need in a vacation rental.

ABOUT THE AREA: This home is located in a quiet, brand-new neighborhood off Highway 331. A few minutes away is Kellog Bayside Park, at the Choctawhatchee Bay, where you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and jet skiing. Just let us know and we’ll help arrange any of these outdoor adventures for your family. You are also 5 minutes away from The Bay restaurant, North Beach Social, and more!

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is Blue Mountain Regional, located at the end of Scenic Hwy 83 and Blue Mountain Road. There is parking, restrooms and showers; coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
