ABOUT THE HOME: This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is conveniently located in heart of the Emerald Coast. Step inside and be met with 10' ceilings and a bright open-concept. The chef in your family will love the kitchen fully equipped with granite and stainless appliances. You’ll be right at home with features like a full laundry room, and outdoor deck, and 2-car garage. At the end of the day, retreat to one of the three spacious bedrooms.
ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool and fitness center. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies under the stars as well as features live music on their very own stage.
BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.
