ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining. Eastern Lake and Deer Lakes provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection. 

BEACH ACCESS:  There are multiple beach access points all within 1-5 blocks from this home.

One Seagrove Place: 1 Block. One Seagrove Place about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums, one of only two high rises on Scenic 30A.

Beachwood Villas Access: is on Scenic 30A across from Beachwood Villas, Somerset Bridge Road, and the Tom Thumb in Seagrove Beach, Florida. There is a bike rack but no car parking, and the access has a shower and quite a long boardwalk to the high bluff overlooking the gulf.

Santa Clara:  5 Blocks. Access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.

•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.


IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
