ABOUT THIS HOME: Sea La Vie is a lovely new construction condo located in Gulf Place Residences. It’s a perfectly appointed corner unit with a wrap around balcony on the 2nd floor. Beautifully furnished, this open concept condo has everything you’ll need to enjoy your home away from home. 

ABOUT THE AREA: Sea La Vie is just steps from the beach, shops and dining at the Gulf Place Town Center. There you’ll find boutique shopping, original artwork, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere along the palm tree lined streets. Gulf Place is home to the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and the Perfect Pig. For fun in the sun, you have the option of of course the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the Gulf Coast plus 3 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated, and tennis courts, all within walking distance. 

BEACH ACCESS:  
This property has access to the Gulf Place Private Beach Access, directly across 30A. It’s also less than 1 mile from Ed Walline Public Beach Access. When you exit the neighborhood take a right and continue on 393 until you get to the stop sign and the beautiful beach should be right in front of you.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
