ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to your home away from home. We hope you don’t have to work while you’re here, but if you do, then this Out of Office Beaches, home will make you want to stay on 30A, permanently. This home is located in Seacrest Beach which is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A. This magnificent 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom home in Seacrest Beach, is the perfect place for a multi-generational family to enjoy all of 30A and Florida’s Emerald Coast. Out of Office Beaches is a contemporary designed home with an open concept, state of the art kitchen and living room, and so much more. This is the place you’ll make wonderful memories with family and friends and want to return year after year. Out of Office Beaches has all the ingredients needed for a fantastic family vacation.
On the main floor there is a half bath for guests and a King Master, including a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs you’ll find more room to relax in the bonus area where kids can watch the game or movie while parents hang out on the covered lanai. This outstanding outdoor entertainment area is the place to be after a fun day at the beach. Fire up the grill and grab your cocktails as you watch the sun descend into the sea. Down the hall is another King Master and two Queen rooms, all with private bathrooms. And, there’s also a bunk room with two double bottom bunks and twins on top with the bathroom just across the hall.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water, just 2 blocks away. While the beach is just as amazing here as it is elsewhere on this stretch of shore, there are a number of characteristics that make this town unique and worth a visit. Bikes and flip-flops are the transportation of choice here. Seacrest Beach has a deeded beach accesses so visitors can easily access the beach from the neighborhood.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests will need to pick up their welcome packets containing amenity wristbands and parking passes The welcome packet will be available for pickup at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Each individual picking up a packet will need to provide identification and will be required to sign a document confirming they’ve received the packet. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. Upon arrival, please call Seacrest Security at 850-830-1657 for wristbands and parking passes. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand.
BEACH RENTALS: Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. Guest may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents and canopies

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
