ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Ocean Oasis. This quaint seaside cottage has everything you need in a beach vacation including two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, Wind down the day in the private backyard, grilling your catch of the day or sip your morning coffee on the front porch while you plan the day. Ocean Oasis is the perfect place for your next getaway by the sea.

ABOUT THE AREA:  Ocean Oasis is close to everything that you could want in a beach vacation. Not only are you a block from the sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, and a short drive to Lake Powell, you’re also in between lots of family fun activities. From swimming with dolphins at the Aquarium or riding the Sky Wheel at Pier Park, you’ll never run out of activities to do. But if you just want to relax, then there’s plenty of that too.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
