ABOUT HOME: Jessa Blu is a beautifully designed home in the gated community of the Village of Blue Mountain Beach just off 30A. This home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has the feel of relaxed luxury throughout and comfortably sleeps 10. The home features an outdoor shower, two balconies (one overlooking the pool), and an outdoor grill. The olympic size pool is steps from the back door along with workout facility, covered gazebo, corn hole, and shuffle board. Get ready for some family fun! 

ABOUT AREA: This lovely coastal home is located in Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don’t forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don’t wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue it’s the best ice cream in town.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach is Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, just a few blocks away, at the end of Hwy 83. There are restrooms, showers, and parking. Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
