ABOUT THE HOME: Halcyon Dayz is a modern coastal home, located in Inlet Beach. It can accommodate several families. With four bedrooms, including a King suite, two Queen rooms and a bunk room with Full size beds. All with ensuite bathrooms, plenty of space to comfortably sleep six. The master has a shower and a luxurious soaker tub. For those looking for a home with a bedroom on the main floor, we've got you covered. There's a state-of-the art kitchen, complete with a gas stove, a beverage bar that includes a coffee station and a wine refrigerator. We'll even provide the first bottle. Cheers! It doesn't get more peaceful than enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back porch. Halcyon Dayz provides all the tools you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or impress everyone with your grilling skills with the outdoor gas grill station. But if you prefer to try some of our local eateries, the Shops at 30A are just around the corner. Name your cuisine, Mexican, Italian, Sushi, Asian Fusion and American. •    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi.
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities is provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
