ABOUT THE HOME: "GypSea Pearl" located in the heart of 30A, is a coastal designed spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath unit located in Prominence on 30A. Offering all the comforts and amenities that you could wish for in a home away from home. Relax in the open spaced living and dining areas featuring 10 foot ceilings on custom made furnishings, while basking in natural light from all the windows offering a lovely view of 30A. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a gas cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances.
ABOUT THE AREA: The town of Prominence 30A is a hotspot for locals and tourists and offers a number of amenities that are certain to make this vacation one of fun, fitness, and relaxation. The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) right across the road offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes. A stop here is quick tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. Its a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
BEACH ACCESS: Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
