ABOUT THE HOME: A coastal designed spacious 3 bedroom with all the comforts and amenities that you could wish for in a home away from home. Relax in the light and bright open-spaced living and dining areas all featuring 10-foot ceilings. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a gas cooktop, an oversized refrigerator, and stainless-steel appliances.  "Gypsea Girl" is well suited for families of all sizes with plenty of room for gathering and a back patio ideal for entertaining and dining alfresco.

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool and fitness center.  In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies as well as features live music on their very own stage. 


BEACH ACCESS:  ***Deer Lake is currently closed for renovation*** Nearest alternative beach access points are: 

 

Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided.

  • 44 minute walk 
  • 11 minute bike ride 
  • 8 minute golf cart drive 
  • 6 minute car drive 

Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.  

  • 17 minute bike ride
  • 10 minute golf cart drive 
  • 8 minute car drive

Complimentary beach shuttle service is provided Memorial Day to Labor Day 7 days/week from 9AM to 4PM.  Last pick up is 3:45PM. Call/Text when ready @ 850-598-0251.  Pick-up locations are: North Pool & Mail Kiosk on the South side.
