ABOUT THE HOME: Beachwalker Bliss is the vacation rental you will want to visit year after year. This single story 3 bedroom home sleeps 9 people, and is nestled away on a cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. This beloved home features a secluded private pool and jacuzzi in a backyard oasis. The open floor plan is ideal for family fun and entertaining.  Let the kids splash around in the pool while you put your legs up and relax after a fun day on the endless white sandy beach. There’s a lovely wrap around porch, outside shower, and the home is loaded up with all the fun stuff:  bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a grill.

The name ”Beachwalker” comes from the happy times I spent with my family on Amelia Island at my Grandparents house on Beach Walker road as I grew up.  I told my wife tales of that place often and we searched hard to find something that had both the romance of the original Beach Walker property and the new things we coveted like being just a 10 minute bike ride from all the fun at Seaside.   We were lucky enough to find it here in Beachwalker Bliss at Seagrove Beach – we hope you love it as much as we do.

ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires.  30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.  From long walks on the beach, to taking Jeeps off road, 30a has everything you and your guests need to enjoy a great get away.  

BEACH ACCESS: There are several beach path accesses just a few blocks away. There is no parking or other amenities but they are very close. The closest beach with parking, showers and restrooms is Santa Clara Regional Beach Access, which is less than .5 miles to the East.

PARKING: This home has 2 parking spaces, with no overflow in the neighborhood.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
