ABOUT THE HOME: Geauxing Coastal 30A is the perfect ocean oasis designed to fit your needs and keep you at ease. The master on the main floor features a king bed and access to the large screened in porch. This home has an open living concept perfect for a couple of families to get together! On the second level, there is a bunk room with 4 full size beds, and another master with a king bed. All bedrooms have their own ensuite. 

ABOUT THE AREA: Tranquil Shores is a community located in Seacrest with only 6 coastal cottages. This community is in one of the best locations on 30A. You have easy access to all that 30A has to offer, but with the secluded feeling this unique neighborhood provides. Seacrest is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and in an uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining in communities nearby like Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and the Big Chill.

BEACH ACCESS:
Private beach: Two minute walk and your toes are in the sand!  Entrance is at the Tranquility on the Beach Condos across the street. The street number is 8600 and is visible at the gate. The gate is located directly to the left of “8600.” There is a vendor located on the beach for chairs!

Public beach: Seacrest Drive Access. Head out onto 30A and go west. The beach access is about 300m down the road!

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
