This quaint coastal beauty has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home and then some. With its open concept design, family gatherings won’t be missed by anyone. Prepare a delicious meal or pack snacks for the beach and pool in this elegant kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances. Upstairs you’ll find a King Master ensuite and a bunk room ensuite that sleeps four. Begin and end your day on the balcony, which both bedrooms have access to.
ABOUT THE AREA: Geaux With the Flow is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's and Perfect Pig are also within walking distance. Walk to The Donut Hut for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles East, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is a short 5-minute walk just across 30A. 3468 Scenic 30A East Seagrove Beach is a short bike ride or drive; it is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
