ABOUT THE HOME: Southern charm meets coastal - Blue Skies Beach House is the private beach retreat of your dreams! A true hidden gem on 30A, Blue Skies Beach House features 3 bedrooms with an additional studio, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, and a private backyard that backs up to a large, wooded preservation. The first floor presents a king bedroom, a bunk room with 2 full beds and 1 twin, a separate studio with a twin over twin trundle, and a kitchenette. There are 2 full baths on the first floor. The main living and kitchen area is located upstairs on the second floor. Step out onto the large balcony to see a peekaboo view of the ocean! Also located on the second floor is the master suite and a guest bathroom off the living room.
ABOUT THE AREA: Tranquil Shores is a community located in Seacrest. This community is located in one of the best locations on 30A on a quiet cul-de-sac with only 6 homes. Easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary (1.5 miles) Alys (half a mile) and the Big Chill (1 mile). Best part…the beach is right across the street!!
BEACH ACCESS:
Private beach: Two-minute walk and your toes are in the sand! Entrance is at the Tranquility on the Beach Condos across the street. The street number is 8600 and is visible at the gate. The gate is located directly to the left of “8600.” There is a vendor located on the beach for chairs!
Public beach: Seacrest Drive Access. Head out onto 30A and go west. The beach access is about 300m down the road!

PARKING: This home includes 4 parking spaces. Overflow parking can be found to the left of the carport in the pine straw.
HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
