Featuring 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens coupled with outdoor entertainment space and a heated pool, there's ample room for both relaxation and entertainment. ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants like Surfing Deer and Market Cafe. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride west will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east and you can find yourself at The Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience.

Home Truths:

•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

•Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Beautiful Property. We stayed here in celebration of my wife’s birthday, and a work related trip and what a very nice property in which to celebrate! Beautiful setting, incredible space for a large group and well appointed. We loved the loving area for entertaining, the pool and the incredible daily walk to the beach. Beds were awesome and bedrooms were large. A bit disappointed by a mechanical issue with the oven issues but nothing major. 30a beach girls was awesome to work with and helped with so much! We’d stay again and recommend!

We first rented a home with 30A Beach girls in 2020 and we were so impressed with Hollie that we rented with 30A Beach Girls again, and I’m writing this review from our beautiful modern beach home in Seagrove! Our current rental property has been recently renovated and is the nicest vacation home we have ever stayed in. It is in a great location near the beach and was exceptionally clean, and when we arrived there were some wonderful personal touches such as an amazing cake and balloons for our dad’s birthday! It has been a perfect home for our large group. What sets Hollie and her team apart, however, is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that Hollie consistently provides! Hollie goes above and beyond and provides the best customer service that we have ever received at any hotel or vacation rental company. Here are 2 examples: Our trip in August 2020 was our first trip during COVID-19, and as a physician I was very impressed with how clean the house was and how Hollie followed protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. It was our first vacation with our 1 year old, and at the time there was some heavy construction with a loud pile driver that we could hear from the house. It was hard for our son to nap and so I texted 30A Beach Girls to ask if there was a schedule for when the noise might stop, and thankfully the noise stopped the next day for the rest of the trip. After we got back home, I found out that Hollie went out of the way to find the construction company, and then she took cookies to the construction company and asked them to stop the construction for a few days until we left! This was the most someone has ever done to help a situation for us, and this was much better customer service than we have even received at hotels like the Four Seasons or the Ritz-Carlton. During our current trip, I noticed that one of the AC units was not working. I texted Hollie about it and she immediately called a company to get it repaired ASAP and she also offered some portable AC units. I figured it would take several days to fix because the AC compressor looked damaged. I ran into a similar issue while on vacation in Hawaii over the last month and despite many hours on the phone, it took 3 weeks to get the repair complete due to backed up schedules. Hollie was able to get a local company to complete the AC repair with a brand new AC compressor in less than a day, and the repair must have cost thousands of dollars!! Hollie works more efficiently and quickly to COMPLETELY resolve EVERY concern that a customer will have than anyone I have ever met. When we wanted to plan our family trip, I spent some time looking up some other properties, but then I called Hollie and she told me where the best location would be for our family to have a great time, and she was absolutely right. We have had a great vacation once again thanks to Hollie. 30A Beach Girls is the best option for anyone wanting to vacation in this area, and I think Hollie is the best in the business. We consistently have rented beautiful homes through 30A Beach Girls that are very clean and in excellent locations—but I also have the peace of mind to know that if we ever need anything at all, Hollie will be working hard to make sure our family and friends are well taken care of during our entire trip. All it takes is a simple text message or a quick 1-2 minute phone call, and I know that all of our concerns will be fully resolved. If I had an investment property in this region, Hollie would be the only person I would trust to manage it. Thank you to Hollie and her team for their commitment to excellence!

Beautiful home, comfort on every floor. Very close to the beach, you can hear the waves. Golf cart was such an added bonus. 30a Beach Girls picked up and put away our groceries, twice. House was spotless! The pool was the evening entertainer. The included bonfire was a hit with the entire crew. 30a Beach Girls are in constant communication and very sweet!

This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
