Once inside, there's an elevator that will provide access to all three floors.
The second floor is where the kitchen, dining, living room, office and primary bedroom are located. Also on the second floor is a large balcony, overlooking the private backyard plus an outdoor lounge area with a fireplace, tv and additional dining. The third-floor features three more king bedrooms, a bunk room that sleeps 5, a beverage station and entertainment area for the kids. BEACH ACCESS: Dune Allen Regional Beach Access is the closest beach access. It's right across from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. (5999 W Co Hwy 30-A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459). This beach has restrooms, parking, a lifeguard station, and is ADA accessible. A little further to the East on 30A is Fort Panic Regional Access. This beach is also ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguard.
