This beautiful coastal home has all the comforts and luxuries you would expect. It's outfitted top to bottom in Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture, brand new Helix comfort mattresses, and TVs in every bedroom.
With 3 floors of living space, it's perfect for large groups or multiple families. The first floor is equipped with a family room, dining room (with table for ten), fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and ensuite master bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of the house for drinking your morning coffee (Keurig and drip) or spending the evening with your family and friends. And that's not all . . . Behind the house in the back entrance, there is a full-size garage where you will find complimentary bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas are also there for you use - everything you need for a perfect day at the beach!
ABOUT THE AREA: It's just a short walk to the majestic 12,000 square-foot pool or the private beach, or you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. Also nearby are the resort towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach where there are first rate restaurants and shops. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A (18 miles!) if you want a longer ride. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won't be disappointed.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
