ABOUT THE HOME: This lovely beach front condo is conveniently located in the beaches "Best Kept Secret" Resort, Emerald Isle, which is also rated the #1 Specialty Resort on Panama City Beach. This unit is on the West end of the building which provides you with the most amazing views from the private balcony. It's perfect for entertaining and enjoying the sunset. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sleeper sofa or 2 sitting chairs. Also in this unit is a king size bed in the master bedroom with more views of the gulf and access to the private balcony and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for the overflow of family.
ABOUT THE AREA: Onsite are two pools: one that is heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna, and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. •This unit comes with 1 assigned reserved parking spot in the secure covered parking garage. There is overflow parking across the street, with a covered walkway to the 3rd floor. (HOA fee applies)

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
