Home Truths:

•This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:

•There is room to park 8 vehicles (6 outside and 2 inside).

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This house was beyond incredible! Can't do much better than this spot, close to restaurants, coffee and the beach! Everything is walkable, bikeable or a golf cart ride away. The beds all comfortable. Loved having private baths for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. Hollie recommend a few chefs, we did Hibachi one evening outside (if there is anything you need to add to your trip add the hibachi guy) then another right we had a chef inside. He told us this kitchen was hands down one of the best he had ever cooked in. The pool area outside and the billiard room was our main hang out areas when not at the beach. The house was the best any of us has ever stayed in. We didn't get to use the theater room as the weather was perfect each night. We will book this house again in the fall and next year. It accommodated 18 of us and there was lots more room. I swear we discovered bedrooms we didn't know were there each day! lol!! Thank you 30a beach Girls for the killer bonfire and accommodations!

Unbelievable home! The fluidity of the space allowed us to gather as a group when we wanted but there were many rooms for people to spread out for privacy. The hosts Daisy & Hollie were also unbelievable! They were very responsive and kind. This trip was fantastic. I have rented more than 20 luxury vacation homes in my life and they were all very nice places to stay. But THIS PROPERTY was so much better than all the rest. From the moment I reserved the property, the property host, Hollie, was completely focused on our happiness. She and her guest service, Daisy, so easy to deal with and accommodating in every way, even allowing for an earlier check-in as our flight came in early. The pictures of the house do not even come close to the real thing. The house is stunning you see and fall in love the moment you walk in the front door. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all 5 Star Hotel worthy. The great room, dining room, and kitchen were all huge and beautiful. The pool and spa and backyard was like a private oasis. On arrival Hollie spoiled my family with gift bags for my twins who just turned 16, a huge tray of snacks, more water than we could drink on the trip, and some very nice wine. They both were extremely responsive to every question and need we had during our trip. MY ENTIRE FAMILY LOVED THE HOUSE, THE SERVICE, AND THE PURE RELAXATION OF SUCH A WONDERFUL HOME. We will be back and you should book a reservation also! We enjoyed playing pool and listening to music and hanging out at the pool during the day and the beach so close and beautiful. We even seen a sea turtle! Minutes from everything but a sanctuary of quiet when needed. Absolutely wonderful. I can go one and one. 💕💕This vacation rental is beyond outstanding! First class all the way from the excellent manager service, linens and bedding to groceries delivered and pout away to the well stocked kitchen. This was a family outing for my kids and their families, first one since Covid. Everyone had so much space throughout the home. Loved loved the pool and media room what an extra bonus having all the bikes and then the bonfire. Highly highly recommend this venue and hollies company 30a Beach Girls!! Great time in 30a and while the weather wasn't perfect for our week we still had the best memories. Call these girls they will show you a vacation. Janet💕
