ABOUT THE HOME: This beautiful coastal home is in the Seacrest Beach Community, conveniently located near shops and restaurants on 30A and between Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Staying at 30A Shore to Please, you will have access to a private beach or the community resort pool that Seacrest Beach is known for. After a day in the sun, come back home for some family fun. Hanging out on the large front porch or spending time in the family style living room will surely be a hit. The open concept kitchen and dining area will keep everyone connected during mealtimes and more. This home is perfect for multi-generational families with a King ensuite on the first floor that includes a tub and shower. Then there’s plenty of room upstairs with another oversized King master ensuite complete with a private living room and balcony as well as two Queen rooms that share a large bathroom.

ABOUT THE AREA: Your days could be spent relaxing at the sugar sand beaches or hanging by the community resort-style swimming pool. This home is close to everything you’ll love about 30A – restaurants, cafes, boutiques and art galleries, all no more than a 5-minute walk away! And, for those wanting to get out and explore nature, 30A has four State Parks, walking/biking trails and fifteen coastal dune lakes. These rare dune lakes are magnificent and something you’ll want to see. 

AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

 

*** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.
 

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
