ABOUT THE HOME: Conveniently located in Blue Mountain Beach’s Redfish Village, this condominium is a bright and airy, with the perfect spot for you and your family or friends to enjoy the beaches of the Emerald Coast!  If you’re looking for the perfect getaway on the beaches of 30A, this is it! 30A Getaway is a beautifully furnished, spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo in Redfish Village. Along with a large, fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining table that seats six; plenty of space to entertain your family and friends. Off the great room and master bedroom is the balcony with seating for four overlooking the beautiful grounds and pool area.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.

BEACH ACCESS: Private beach, across street, about a 3-block walk (has restrooms, and a shower) just east of Blue Mountain/Beach Regional public beach. There is a lifeguard station, some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

HOUSE RULES
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
