First floor has a very spacious Living Room/Dining Room with a gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining. Kitchen also comes with a gorgeous marble backsplash with open accent shelving, Calcutta gold quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances including gas range and wine fridge. The community pool is just steps away from the home.

ABOUT THE AREA: is located in the Magnolia by the Sea neighborhood, a quaint community in the heart of the quintessential village towns of 30A You'll have plenty to do at the pool and on the beach, or you can take a short bike ride to The Big Chill (formerly the Hub) or Rosemary Beach. 

BEACH ACCESS: Your private access across the street has no beach vendor for your beach chair rental needs. Walk to the gate, enter the code, and walk to the right. 

To the west of Magnolia Cottages by The Sea, 1 minute drive, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access, 8040 E County Hwy 30A, Seacrest, FL 32413. Beach Vendor for this beach: Vacayzen 888-750-7606. PLEASE REFERENCE GULF LAKES PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS. 

To the east of Magnolia Cottages by The Sea, Seacrest Drive Public Beach: 8514 E County Hwy 30A, Panama City Beach, FL 32413, (3 minute drive, has no designated beach vendor). To use this beach, you would need to visit the access the day of and see attendant for that day. The vendor here fluctuates. We do not have contact information for this access

PARKING: This home comes with a maximum of 3 parking spots (1 in the garage, 2 tandem on the outside). There is no overflow parking in the neighborhood.

HOUSE RULES
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. Historical instances, such as damaged tires on carts, have demonstrated that the replacement process can extend up to two days. Similarly, cases of stolen bikes, stemming from either guest negligence or external dishonesty, may require a day for replacement. It is crucial to highlight that in 9 out of 10 instances, these situations do not impact incoming guests; rather, they typically arise in the context of reservation issues. Responsible handling of items is key to mitigating concerns, and in 99 out of 100 scenarios, no issues arise.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
