ABOUT THE HOME: 30A Salt Life is a quaint coastal home in the Lakeside neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach. This home is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the beautiful sugar sand beaches of the gulf. 30A Salt Life has four (4) bedrooms and spacious living, dining and kitchen areas that are perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day in the sun. There’s a front and back porch with outdoor seating to lounge around and reminisce about your day.  

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant or Red Fish Taco. Don’t forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don’t wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue that it’s the best ice cream in town. Lakeside neighborhood is located adjacent to the Redfish Village where you’ll find charming specialty boutiques and dining. 

BEACH ACCESS: Lakeside neighborhood is about a 10-minute walk to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. There are restrooms, shower, some parking. Coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. Historical instances, such as damaged tires on carts, have demonstrated that the replacement process can extend up to two days. Similarly, cases of stolen bikes, stemming from either guest negligence or external dishonesty, may require a day for replacement. It is crucial to highlight that in 9 out of 10 instances, these situations do not impact incoming guests; rather, they typically arise in the context of reservation issues. Responsible handling of items is key to mitigating concerns, and in 99 out of 100 scenarios, no issues arise.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
