ABOUT THE HOME: Endless Summer is simply… Sublime! This luxurious home provides four floors of elegance and comfort with seven bedrooms, including an in-law suite, a wet bar and beverage station on every floor, three living rooms, a chefs dream kitchen, a gas fireplace in the main living room, and two covered balconies providing quiet spaces for lounging and enjoying the gulf breezes. After your days in the sun, head up to the fourth-floor entertainment room and outdoor sundeck where you can sit around the fire pit, gaze gazing at the starry night while taking in the breezes of the gulf and the sound of crashing waves. If you want to take a break from having your toes in the sand, then here’s a private pool for you to lounge around too. Endless Summer provides the perfect place to gather with a multigenerational family or multiple families for your next 30A beach vacation.

ABOUT THE AREA:  Inlet Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Santa Rosa Beach which gives you many options for outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment. For a day of adventure, spend the day at Camp Helen State Park (next to Inlet Beach), where you have pristine beaches, a coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and new YOLO paddle boards or bring your own! There's plenty of parking, restrooms, picnic tables and much more. There is an entry fee of $4 per vehicle. After all the fun in the sun, there are endless dining options at 30Avenue Shops, Barrett’s Square in Rosemary, and Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

BEACH ACCESS:  The closest beach access is Inlet Beach Access #A located at 18 West Park Avenue, Inlet Beach which is just around the corner from the home. There is parking and restrooms. There is also the Phillips Inlet Beach Access located at 6 S Walton Lakeshore Drive. Either way, you’ll be there in less than a minute.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult.  Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
