ABOUT THE HOME: Getaway on 30A is a beautiful coastal condo in the Redfish Village of Blue Mountain. It has three King bedrooms and three full bathrooms with an additional bunk area. Enjoy the stunning views from the large fourth floor balcony while you sip your morning coffee. It’s just steps away from the resort pool and other outdoor amenities.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.
BEACH ACCESS: Private beach across street, about 3 blocks walk (has restrooms, & showers) just West of Blue Mountain Regional public beach. There is a seasonal tram that will take you to the private beach and back.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
• Bedroom 1 – 1 King, with Ensuite Bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – 1 King, with Ensuite Bathroom
• Bedroom 3 - 1 King, shared Hallway Bathroom
• Bunk Nook – 2 Twin/Twin Bunk area (sleeps 4), shared Hallway Bathroom

PARKING: 1 parking spot in the garage with overflow anywhere in the parking lot.

• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
