The Sea and Me is a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home located in Prominence South. This elegant coastal retreat offers modern finishes with an open floor plan, including a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a hand-crafted dining table that seats ten, and a large living room space. There are two King suites, one on each level. The upstairs King suite includes a private patio with a swinging daybed and rockers. Two guests rooms on the 2nd floor - one queen bedroom and a stylish bunk room with four twin-sized bunks - both have private access to a porch and in-suite bathrooms. There is also a sofa sleeper on the second floor. Additional outdoor entertaining areas can be found on the first level with a screened-in porch, large porch swings and deck with plenty of room for grilling and outdoor dining.
Renters have access to a six-seater golf cart and four bikes. The home has a private driveway that can accommodate two cars. Additional parking/overflow is located on any gravel sections throughout the community.
