Welcome to Salty Pelican, a charming beach bungalow located just steps from the white sandy beaches of 30A, and the perfect spot to take the advice above! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features an open floor plan with a large kitchen island, a fireplace accented with gorgeous aqua porcelain tile, and a screened in porch to take in the serene wooded backyard and breathe in the salty air. The ground floor king master bedroom is home to an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Take the staircase up to the next level and a second master bedroom suite with a queen sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom number three has a queen sized bed and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk.
The Lakeside community in Blue Mountain Beach is conveniently located along Scenic Hwy 30A and has a community pool, easy access to bike paths, and is a short distance to the nearest public beach access. Walk or ride the 4 bikes we will provide to one of the many nearby restaurants or boutiques and enjoy plenty of live entertainment nearby.
