ABOUT THE HOME: Life is always breezy under a coconut tree and the vacation is always sweeter under the roof of Coconut Cove! This pet friendly 4 bedroom, 3.5 luxury beach house is located in the highly coveted Prominence neighborhood on 30A. This home has everything necessary to ensure that all guests are “happy little coconuts”; sonos audio system, smart TVs, quartz counter tops, a custom wet bar with wine cooler and beverage fridge, and gorgeous coastal furnishings. With room to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, crisp, white linens in every bedroom, and plenty of natural light allowing the sun to shine on the cheerful decor. Out back you’ll enjoy the privacy of a preserve behind the large Trex deck with a 6-person Jacuzzi tub, a fire pit with plenty of cozy furniture, fairy lights to set the scene, and a Saber 6 burner grill.

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence South is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool and fitness center. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies as well as features live music on their very own stage. 

BEACH ACCESS:  Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.

Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided.
 
Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.

•    Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
•    No smoking or vaping
•    Renters must be 25 years of age or older
•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes:  1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

The sea-inspired blue artwork above the bed draws in your attention and really sets the theme of the room. The décor and clean lines make this coastal bedroom feel spacious and airy. Enjoy private access to a cozy deck where you can take in the sunset or cup of coffee in the morning.

Step into this custom bunk room complete with 2 twin and 2 full sized beds. Each bed offers individual lights, electrical outlets and USB outlets for devices. The youngest vacationer will be have a blast in this room! The customized bunk has a "pass through window". This detail was added for making memories, sharing stories and talking about the fun things everyone in the family did that day. This space is ideal for larger families and big groups.
