You will be completely DUNN INN when you arrive to this beautiful beach house located in Seacrest Beach. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and a large open concept living area make Dunn Inn 2 the perfect beach retreat for your family and friends. Open the doors of this home away from home to find a state of the art kitchen, seating for 8, large gas fireplace with huge big screen and did we mention the wet bar! This is all situated on the first floor with plenty of space for the family to gather and be together. The back has a covered porch with gas grill to enjoy both the indoors and out during your stay. Retreat to the bedrooms and find a master king suite, a king with double bunks, 2 queen guest rooms, and a bunk room that can accommodate up to 7!
Situated in Seacrest Beach Resort, Dunn Inn is a great spot for days on the beautiful beaches of 30A or at the massive Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Take a bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach or take a stroll to shop or enjoy a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants. It’s an easy walk or bike ride to all the locations around Dunn Inn 2. To make all of that a big easier on your family, Seacrest Beach boasts a free shuttle/tram service during peak season. We also include 4 bikes for you to use during your stay.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes. 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app
