ABOUT THE HOME: This 2-bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo comfortably sleeps six.  Gulf views from the moment you open the door. Wake up to beautiful Gulf views in the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite, complete with a spacious walk-in shower. The guest room has two queen size beds and a bathroom: complete with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The kitchen, living and dining space is an open concept floor plan with great Gulf Views! The dining table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from the private balcony with access from the master bedroom or living room. 

ABOUT THE AREA: There is nowhere better to spend your days riding the waves of relaxation than South Shore 30A. When you can finally recover from the breathtaking Gulf views, walk through the open living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Step onto the private patio and take a seat at the table or on the lounger and take in the salty air. Just 50 yards away you can be lounging in the lagoon pool or having a bite to eat at Crabby Steve’s restaurant.

•    During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi 
•    All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
•    Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
•    An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".  Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
