The location is ideal- right across from the beach, 2 minute walk, about 1 mile from The Hub on 30A and under 2 miles to Rosemary & Alys Beach! Boasting private, gated beach access and a seasonally heated community pool, A Stones Throw in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is sure be the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Enjoy a complimentary bottle of 30A wine as you settle in and enjoy this amazing 1 story vacation home.
Ready to hit the beach….for your convenience WE PROVIDE boogie boards, beach toys, beach wagon, as well as beach towels. Hit the beach even quicker, we offer free grocery delivery so all you need to do is order, arrive and put on your swimsuit!
Looking to take in the sites? We also provide 4 bikes...take a bike ride and explore the beauty of 30A. The home is centrally located for convenience of restaurants, shops, Dune Lakes, State parks, beach/water activities, making it the perfect place to enjoy your 30A family vacation.
This spacious house offers a bright living room and kitchen with an open floor plan. The beach inspired décor and comfortable seating make it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie when you are not at the beach or exploring 30A communities.

The well-designed and spacious King master bedroom offers calming décor, a 42” flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and ensuite bath, a queen jr master boast a 42" mounted flat screen TV with beach decor also with ensuite, third bedroom is a bunk room with 4 twins and nautical themes that will delight everyone, a full bath is located between the rooms and off of the living area. Plenty of room for the whole family!
