Media chest with HUGE 4k Smart TV for access to your online media, fast wifi and more. There's a nice covered back patio with direct view of Lullwater Lake, a pier, a charcoal grill, and close proximity to the pool, and laundry room. Bring fishing gear and game console for more fun!
This very quiet, tranquil studio is ideal for couples or couples with 2 children for an all year round beach retreat. Situated just across the street from the famous and beautiful Emerald water beach. Included along with a high end mattress on a King bed is a sofa bed. All bed linen is high grade to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. A dining table with seating for 4 means you can entertain, enjoy a romantic meal or dine alone in luxury. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Internet is provided including cable, refrigerator with ice. 30A Beach Girls are always available for personal service ~ dinner reservations, grocery delivery, day trip planning, we want to help you have a trip to remember.
***Special Note: Rent this unit with one or both of the other Lilly Pads (VRBO# and VRBO#) to fit a group of up to 12. These units are all first floor units.
